Hi there! I'm Jeni, and I’m from the Philippines. I'm a newcomer at Linnies, but I have been an English teacher for years!
I’ve taught TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, Business Course, and ESL to students of all levels, ages, and backgrounds; and before coming to Japan, I had worked as a teacher in an international high school.
I know that not all students learn the same way so I always adapt my my teaching style to my students' learning preferences and styles. Learning while having fun makes it more effective, too!
I’m a foodie and a coffee lover, so I’d often drive around and visit new cafes and restaurants in my city. On my days off, I like to catch up on some reading and shows that I've missed. I also like learning about and experiencing diverse cultures, so I am fond of traveling around my country and abroad.︎
