Premium Red Lenses 下矢印

I attached them to all X-Metal models (excluding Badman and Madman) and took a commemorative photo.グッ

Hmm, all of them are good. 照れ

Lately, I've been working hard to update YouTube videos.

I think the actual color is more easily understood when viewed in a video rather than an image.

I've placed links to the videos in the product description section of the website, so you can also watch these videos from the product pages.

Please take a look.

By the way, if you're interested,  Please subscribe to the channel, it would be encouraging.

Thank you very much.

Hello, everyone. How are you doing?

As usual, it's been a while since the last blog update.

One morning 下矢印 around 8:00...

Juliet 上矢印 Straight Stem Polished

The lenses are Ruby Clear.

Indoors, the eyes seem a bit transparent, and it feels subtle, but...

下矢印

Before noon

Outdoorsキラキラ, it's feeling like the thunder 雷 (just a feeling) has become stronger.

The weather was really nice that day.

The impression when the Ruby Clear mirror kicks in is unforgettable.

It's the unique charm of having a clear base lens that sets it apart from other lenses.

"Alright, let's go to IC Japan with this Juliet/Ruby Clear!"

"No, if you're going to IC Japan, wouldn't the NXT® lenses be better?"

タラーTough decision.

So,

I regained my focus, and I went with the NXT Photochromic Titanium lenses!

This time, I have a story about my visit to IC Japan. (I gathered various information)

And, as mentioned in the title, information about 'Still Enjoyable X-Metal!'

  • Matte lenses
  • Side blinders
  • Prescription lenses
  • Rubber parts for Half X

Introduction of customer frames

Also, I'd like to write about the annual 'Winter Sale' that will be held from the end of this month.

Now, without further delay,

I went to IC Japan.

Honestly, I wanted to go a bit earlier, but during the state of emergency, I couldn't move around freely,

so the visit finally happened.

ICRX NXT lens display 下矢印

Jawbreaker, nice choice! 照れ "I wonder what lenses they have."

IC Japan is located in Kudan Minami, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Right in front of Yasukuni Shrine.

The purpose of this visit was to inquire about the upcoming release of matte lenses.下矢印

We had a final meeting and received various advice on how to finish and present the lenses.

However, it's a mysterious lens, isn't it?

This lens is almost unavailable in Japan, but if you check the Oakley Forum, Instagram, and similar platforms,

Oakley enthusiasts worldwide are currently engrossed in figuring out how to 'attach this lens to their favorite Oakley frames.'

Rather than people wearing sunglasses, it's more about those around them asking, 'Wait, can you see through that!?'—it's a lens that attracts quite a bit of attention.

We'll start by releasing the Black/Silver series of lenses.

上矢印 The one on the left side in the image.

I tried putting it on Romeo 1 下矢印 (the lens on the left side is a regular mirrored lens).

It matches the frame quite nicely, doesn't it? グッ

It seems to go well with X-Metal colors, doesn't it?

Previously, the Dion lens (matte lens) featured in this blog was challenging to obtain due to patent issues.

However, we have resolved that issue for the matte lenses we are currently producing.

The matte coating for Dion is a separate entity.

I'll share images once the finished product is ready.

Look forward to it! パー

虫めがねSince we're at it, I'll share information about the prescription lenses that we discussed at IC Japan.

I believe many of you are aware that at LINEGEAR, we can produce prescription NXT lenses.

Prescription Lens Page 下矢印

For the production of prescription lenses, which frames are compatible?

Inquiries about prescription lenses often ask, 'Can you make prescription lenses for frames like Racing Jacket, Flak Jacket, and other frames?'

I apologize for any confusion in the explanation, but it's not limited to X-Metal frames; it can be done seamlessly for other frames as well.

Details are as follows.

It may be a bit hard to see, but:

上矢印We can also produce prescription lenses for these frames, so if you're interested, please contact LINEGEAR.

The price range is as follows:

  • Standard lenses: ¥39,000 to ¥40,000
  • Photochromic lenses: ¥43,800
  • Polarized lenses: ¥46,500
  • Polarized photochromic lenses: ¥49,800

*If you want progressive lenses, an additional ¥20,000 will be added to the above prices.

*You can choose your favorite color for mirror and base lenses from the IC Japan lineup.

Lineup of Base Lenses for Prescription Lenses 下矢印

下矢印You can find more detailed information here. (I See Japan Website)

  ___________________________________________________________________________________________

The pricing range for prescription lenses is in a different dimension compared to non-prescription lenses.

If you have already had prescription lenses made by companies like OAKLEY, you probably have a general idea of the pricing.

Prescription lenses are customized to each customer's prescription. Mirrors and other coatings are also tailored accordingly.

In other words, each lens is made to order.

Therefore, the cost is higher compared to regular non-prescription lenses.

The prescription lens base 下矢印 is quite thick, びっくり !

We will be producing lenses starting from this base.

For your reference

Regarding the production of prescription lenses, I plan to provide more detailed information in future articles.

I wrote a bit longタラー, but in short, what I wanted to convey is, "Prescription lenses can be made for frames like O'Matter and others."

So, if you have such a request, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you very much.

Now, changing the topic to the side blinders.

For Juliet and Penny.

This is not a blind produced by Linegear; it is a John Bon-made side blinder.

When attached, the side blinder covers the backside of the frame, making it darker.

The lens mirror deepens, and it becomes more beautiful.

There are several manufacturers around the world producing these side blinders, but after trying various options, these side blinders have the best fit and grip on the frame.

Once attached, it securely holds the frame and can be used without any issues in daily use.

(However, it's not something that completely fixes the frame with screws or tape, so in the case of a strong impact, it may come off. In situations where such conditions are expected, it's advisable to reinforce the attachment strength with double-sided tape or similar.)

There are three colors available:

  1. X Metal (Dark Gray)
  2. Black (Carbon)
  3. Silver (Polished & Plasma)

I've actually used them.

It feels like wearing swimming goggles.

The side blinders fill the gap between the face and the frame, preventing wind from entering.

Therefore, they could be useful when driving an open car or riding a motorcycle.

I used them while driving and walking outside, and at least for this season, I didn't experience any issues with the lenses fogging up.

However, when I used it for a long time, I felt a bit tired due to the narrow field of vision.

While the design differs slightly from the side blinders in movies,

下矢印Design-wise, it looks cool, doesn't it?

Why not consider adding X Metal to your enjoyment as a unique item?

Please also check out the video (filmed with it attached to Penny).

Now, one more thing.

Let's talk about the rubber parts for the Half X.

These are genuine, brand-new (unused and stored) Unobtanium rubber parts.

The color is Root Beer (a translucent brown with clarity).

Although some time has passed, the condition is still perfect.

I managed to get hold of them the other day (currently, there are 8 sets available, and there might be a few more available in the future).

For those who own the Half X ギザギザ, there might be some who have experienced issues with the rubber parts deteriorating and becoming unusable.

This could be the last chance to get them.

However, due to the rarity of these parts, the price cost was quite high タラー. Please understand this point, パー.

The set includes the following:

HALF-X Rubber Set / Root Beer

  • Ear Socks
  • Nose Pads (Large)
  • Nose Pads (Small)

The selling price is 6,500 yen (member discounts applicable). If you are interested, it is possible to reserve them, so please contact us.

Also, there is no gasket. You can substitute it with the gasket from X Squared.

As shown in the image below 下矢印, if you cut it with scissors, you can use it as a substitute without any issues.
