いつもヨガクラスご参加のみなさんありがとうございます。
水曜日の午前中クラスは久しぶりに馬橋会議室でした。
ちょっと駅から遠いですが、隠れ家的に静かで明るい会場で、ご参加の方々とのんびり過ごすことができました。
Thanks’ for coming to our yoga class last Sunday and Wednesday.
We had a weekday class at Mabashikaighishitu this week.
Though the place is a long way from the station, It’s so quiet and peaceful.
I was so happy to relax by practicing yoga with you all.
今週末は１２日日曜日、朝１０：００～ 阿佐ヶ谷地域区民センターにての開催です。
会場はいつもの４F,第3＆4和室です。
Next class will take place on upcoming Sunday, Aug, 12th, at Asagaya Chiiki Kumin Center.
The room is number 3&4 Japanese Room on the 4th floor.
ここ数日は朝夕が涼しくて過ごしやすいですね。
田舎では毎年朝夕が涼しいですが、東京にも今年は昔の夏が戻って来たのでしょうか？
Happily, we had cool and comfortable morning and evening the past few days.
We enjoy cool morning and evening in countryside every year.
Has the good old comfortable summer come back to Tokyo?
思えば、赤道近い南インドも夜はすごしやすかったです。
ヤシの林を抜ける心地よい風を思い出しました。
It reminds me of balmy breeze sweeping past grove of palm trees in South India.
そんな最近ですが、高円寺にある蚕糸の森公園でセミの幼虫をみつけました。
アスファルトの上を歩いていたので、踏みつぶされては一大事、と木の幹にのっけてやると、その上の方をもう一匹が登ってゆくところでした。
I found a cicada larva at Sanshinomori Park in Kouenji.
He(she?) walked on the ground so I picked up and put him on the trunk of a tree.
Because it’s so bad if someone trample down him.
Slightly upward, another cicada larva was climbing the trunk too.
普通、蝉の幼虫が羽化するのは朝かなあ、と思いますが、この時は午後8時頃でした。
I think cicada become an adult usually in morning but that was 8:00 pm.
長い年月を地中で暮らし、ただ愛のためひと夏で燃え尽きるセミたち。
They live under the ground for a long period and have a burnout for love in one summer.

Starting tomorrow, they’ll sing songs for love with a loud voice.
