久しぶりの馬橋会議室でしたが、静かなお天気の日で気持ちよかったですね。
Thanks’ for coming to our yoga class last Sunday.
Our class came back to the old site, Mabashi-Kaigishitu again on the day.
I like the site because it’s in a quiet residential area.
暖かくなり、新しくご参加の方もいらっしゃってにぎやかになりました。
ドロップインですので、どうかマイペースに続けてみてくださいね。

桜の時期も終わりましたが、この頃になると地面からカエルさんがいっぱい出てきます。
うちの田舎では小さなイボガエルとかアマガエルが主流で、冬の間はウシガエルが小学校のプールを占領したりしていました。
After the cherry blossom season, a lot of frogs appear to ground.
While in my home town, small frogs like wrinkled or rain frogs are dominant, toads are prevailing species in the Kanto region.
関東ではもっぱらヒキガエルのようで、うちの近所の公園にも、ヒキガエルたちがぞろぞろいたりしてびっくりです。
東京に出るまで、いわゆる「ガマの油」のガマを見たことはありませんでした。
Sometimes, we found amazingly a lot of toad in nearby parks in this season.
かわいいような、きもちわるような、そんな不思議なカエルさんたちですが、水辺にすんでいるので環境変化の影響を受けやすく、世界中で絶滅の危機に陥っているのだそうです。
Some people say they are cute while some people say they are ugly.
And they are mysterious.
Actually, they are easily affected by changing environment because they have been living near water.
And unfortunately, they are in danger of extinction in all over the world.
動物って、なんだかいつもまじめな顔をしていますね。
まじめに食べて、まじめに寝て、まじめに繁殖しています。
Animals have an earnest look on their face.
They eat, sleep and breed seriously.
カエルも、カエルに食べられる虫も、カエルを食べるヘビも、カエルで遊ぶにゃんこも、なんだか不思議なまじめ顔です。
Frogs, insects who are eaten by frogs and snakes eat frogs, they all have mysterious earnest looks on their face.
あのまじめな顔を真似してみたら、人間も環境と調和できるかもしれないなぁ、とぼんやり思い、やおやさんのにゃんこの顔をじっとながめてみました。
If I assumed a serious face like them, I would harmonize with natural environment, I thought, and I tried to gaze the face of the cat at nearby greengrocery.
