Thanks’ for coming to our yoga class last Sunday.
It was so nice that we have enjoyed warm weekends recently.
Surprisingly, we had a snowy day in this week.
But morning sunlight tells us coming of the spring every morning.
Cats have sung love songs on the roof which is seen from my back window.

Yoga means union.
But I couldn’t understand it when I learned it for the first time.
Then I took some yoga teachers trainings.
My text book says “Yoga, from the Sanskrit root “Yuj”, gives us our word union”.
Though I understood it, I could only understand by my mind.
Only recent days, I get some moments that I live in harmony with somebody or something that surround me.
The moments rarely come to me but I never forget the feelings.
Sometimes it occurs when I’m practicing yoga.
Sometimes it occurs when I’m working with someone.
Sometimes, I’m teaching yoga.
And sometimes, I’m relaxing with my family.
And so on.
Japanese people once have a custom that keep their silver cords for their life.
The purpose is, of course, to remember the union of your parents.
And also it reminds you living in harmony with the universe, I think.
Stop to recover your breath in your busy days with gently touching your heart.
And try to feel the union or harmony.
If you have some big problem, it will be solved by harmonizing your breath with flowing energy surrounding you.
I’m looking forward to seeing you.
