What does it mean? In which situation do Italian use it ?
to be full to the brim 
Example:
"Ho mangiato così tanto che potrei scoppiare. Mi sento pieno come un uovo"
( I ate so much, I am full to the brim )
( 食べ過ぎてお腹がいっぱい)
