Two days ago, on Thursday evening, I visited the house next door to bring a community circular "回覧板".

The community circular is a lever file putting some sheets of papers in.

I usually put this file at the neighbor's front door.

But, Thursday was a rainy day. So I pressed the button of their intercom.

After a short while, the wife appeared.

When we met after a long time, I put on yukata as usual and she said good things about my clothe.

She went on.

She has a daughter in the first grade of the high school.

In Hiroshima, at the beginning of every summer, a festival "とうかさん" is held and her daughter was looking forward to hanging out with her friends putting on yukata for the festival.

However, the festival was cancelled due to Covid-19.

The daughter was very depressed.

I asked the woman whether her daughter can put on yukata by herself or not.

She answered "No".

As soon as I heard her answer, I suggested that I will be glad to help you whenever you need me.

She said that she was glad to hear that.

We parted saying "see you again".

I'm looking forward to dressing a yukata to a neighbor's daughter.

I thanked rain and the community circular for giving me an oppotunity to talk with my neighbor.

.

The other day, I tried a new workout video recomended by my son.

The title was "地獄の19分〜hell like 19 minutes".

This video is helpful for someone living upstairs in an apartment, because we never jump during 19 minites.

We twist our body, stretch our body side, squat, and kich my leg high, forward and sideways.

Actually, I felt like hell, however, I felt refreshed, too.

The video posted by a 30's woman whom I saw the first time on a hand clap video.

She danced with her-60-year-old mother, in Japanese, "アラ還おかん".

I loved this video, because, this mother- daughter couple was very cute and their dance was so sharp that I was moved.

By the way, this daughter has posted a lot of workout videos on you tube.

Today, when I wrote this article and needed a photo of one of these workout videos, I showed it again.

The title was "6 minutes Arm &Back workout".

The exercise works my upper arms. Upper arms is called "二の腕" in Japanese and also known as "振袖".

I love this video and I love the subtitle "振袖なくなれぇっ!!" desplayed at the hardest part of it.

I couldn't help doing this 6 minutes workout again.

And then, at the moment I pull one hell off, the next hell appeared.

The next video's title was "地獄の9分脚痩せ&お腹痩せ".

I couldn't help doing this 9 minutes again.

To tell the truth, I wanted to give up after only for 2 minutes.

At last, I saw the subtitle saying "well done!!".

I felt very satisfied with my work.

And then a new hell appeared.

It was 11 minutes exercise saying that it works for getting rid of my spare tire around my weist.

Do you know what "spare tire around our weist" means?

I wavered.

I nearly did it.

However, I got out of the hell circle.

I'm so exhausted, now that I think I can't get up tomorrow morning.

In these past few years, a lot of terrible natural disasters have happened in Japan.

Hiroshima is originally a stranger to natural disasters.

Hiroshima Prefecture belongs to the Seto Island Sea and this climate is very mild.

Specifically, it doesn't rain much and there is hardly any danger of an earthquake.

However, recent climate change brings heavy rain to this area and often causes enormous rain disasters.

These few days, it's been raining. So, I'm afraid of a new damage by heavy rain.

I pray there'll be no more damage.
