Since we started avoiding unnecessary outings, my son has regulary recommended me working out movies.

First of all, he recommended me "hands clap!".

He showed me some strong points of the dance.

It takes only 3 mitutes, so we can do it very easily. Furthermore, we can do it repeatedly.

It requires us to twist our body and this movement is very effective for shaping our body.

I got interested in this dance and googled it to find a lot of movies.

Many famous people posted their hand clap dances on youtube and I found an movie with an interesting title.

The title was "アラ還 おかんと踊ってみた dancing hand clap with her mother almost 60 years old".

I predicted that she danced with unsteady steps.

However, it was against my expectations.

She was awesome!

Her dance was very sharp and she was full of confident.

I was beaten and informed that movie to my son.

After that he gathered information about this mother-daughter couple and gets a lot of working out movies posted by that daughter.

One of them is this! "地獄の19分〜hell like 19 minutes".

I wonder why it is for 19 minutes not for 20 minutes.

It was reminisent of a discount price.

It made me think it easier than what it was.

My expectations was correct.

It was not like but real hell.

Let's try it!

and..

To tell the truth, there is the special second movie.

Untill next time!

I usually use "Merriam Webstar" that is an online English-English dictionary.

Even though this is a free software, it provides a high quality service, I think.

I always check how to pronunce a new vocabulary on this app.

Yesterday, I found that it has a mic, by chance.

So, I spoke some words to it in light manner.

I was beaten.

Since this spring, I've struggled to learn how to pronounce correctly and use some apps every day.

These days, most of them are kind to me and I think I've improved my English pronunciation ability.

However, Merriam Webstar isn't. It is very strict to me.

It requires me to speak loudly and clearly again and again especially about the words beginning with some consonants like b, w and h.

I'm sorry I misunderstood and was conceited.

I made up my mind to train my pronunciation with my close teacher.

This morning, I overslept.

Yesterday, like every Thursday, I took  3 ballet classes in a row.

I am usually exhausted after these lessons.

What's worse, for one week before, I've been absent from lessons.

My muscles have got weaker due to one week off.

I was beaten.

So, I can write only this short article.

Everyone has days like that sometimes.

※ This expression is reminiscent of the expression "Every dog has its day".
