焼き小龍包 fried XLB
We made xiao long bao (XLB) again...but pan-fried style ones
また小龍包を作った。。。けど今度は。。。焼きバージョン。
We invited some friends over to eat them
友達も家に呼んだ
The other night when I made XLB, my husband said "what a waste to make such yummy food and not invite some people"
この間の夜、小龍包を作って。。。ハニー言ってたのは”もったいないなあああ。。。 すごい美味しい、本物ＸＬＢ！ 誰かを呼べば良かった。。。”
So we decided to invite some people to enjoy it
だから、友達を家に呼んで、一緒にエンジョイした
They taste nice but we still prefer the steamed version
美味しいけど。。。やっぱり。。。蒸した方が美味しい。。。 凝っている感じ。

家の家族のエビチリ。。。日本のエビチリと。。。少し違う味。。。
Sorry...I never measure ingredients when I make it...next time I will so that I can write a proper recipe
作る時、レシピを絶対使わない。。。だから。。。量。。。とか。。。いくら使っている。。。ハッキリ分からない。 今度計ってみるね。 そしてちゃんとレシピを書ける。
