手作りラー油 homemade chili garlic oil

We go through a lot of chili oil at our house
家は。。。けっこラー油を使っている

Recently we were running low on it
最近。。。あああ、ラー油は。。。無くなりそう

When I decided to make my own for a change
そして、決めた。。。いつもと違って、自分で作ってみる

Store-bought chili oil just does not cut it anymore
市販ラー油は。。。最近少し物足りない感じ

We even bought the ones with plenty of flakes floating around
チリフレークを見えるラー油も買って、使ってたけど

Not enough punch
それでもパンチが足りない感じ

Mmm......need more, more more chili flakes
もっと、もっとチリフレーク。。。。。ｍｍｍ。。。たっぷり、たっぷり！

So.......I put in tonssss of chili flakes and garlic into some sesame oil mixed with canola oil......and made my own
沢山チリフレークを使って。。。スライスニンニクも使って。。。混合ごま油とカノーラ油を使った。

The garlic pieces were really tasty...like garlic chips
その後。。。そのニンニクを食べてみたら。。。わああ、美味しかった。。。ニンニクチップみたい！

But my breath was deadly after that
ただ。。。その後。。。自分の息はすごかった。。。。。

I put it into the chili oil bottle　(and removed the old label)
ボテルに入れて。。。古いラベルをお湯ではずした。

I'll have to make my original chili oil bottle label
自分のラベルでも作ろうかな。。。。。。。
