美味しい料理。。。やっぱり美味しいお肉

My friend gave me some of this meat to take home and use
友達からのお土産。。。”持って帰って”と言ってくれた

Wow.....this stuff is at least double the price of the stuff I normally buy
普段私買っている肉の値段の。。。倍ぐらい。。。以上？！？？！

But the taste........so fresh
けど味は。。。本当に新鮮で濃くて、美味しい

And there is hardly any scum. It's so clean
使うと。。。あれ、不思議。。。”あく”。。。ほとんど出ないじゃ。。。　すごいキレイです！




　

I put the meat on top of the potatoes, carrots, and onions...so that the dashi stock does not toughen up the meat
お肉は。。。ポン。。。上に載せた。　固くならないように、上に入れた。


Very fattening cut of meat...but hey, on occasion it's scrumptious
脂肪はすごかった。。。けど。。。まああ。。。たまに大丈夫、美味しい！　油タップリ載せている、わあああ。。。リーチ！
