My friend who invited us over for the big feast also served sashimi squid and negitoro (chopped up fatty tuna)

She said that many places that serve "negi toro" ...they put mayo in it
沢山ネギトロ出しているお店は。。。マヨを入れている
To give it that fatty texture and feeling
油濃い味を真似する？
She said...real negi toro...is like this...big clear pieces and clear white fat
本当のネギトロは。。。グチャグチャじゃない。 これ見たい、魚の粒はハッキリ見えた方が”安心”

Yeah.....I definitely lost my appetite for cheap sushi shops after that
その後。。。ｍｍｍ。。。余り安い寿司屋に行きたくなかった
And I used to live near a rotating sushi shop
昔い回転寿司の近くに住んでいた
The back door and garbage always reeked...ugh, it was awful...I tried my best not to walk near it!
後ろのドアとゴミは。。。いつも臭くて、臭くて。。。 いや。。。その近くに歩くの嫌だった
The place did not last long and went out of business shortly
けど。。。余り長く営業出来なかった。 閉店してしまいました
I suspect the place did not have good hygiene
良好な衛生状態を持っていませんでした。。。かな？
