123 red thai curry タイカレー

I finally got around to using this up!
漸くこれを使って見た！

Red curry paste in a pack
レッドカレーペースト。。。

I made it for my lunch I had with a friend
友達と一緒にエンジョイした！

I always make thai curry for me and a friend...because my husband's not fond of it
ハニーは。。。余りタイ料理好きじゃないので、友達が来る時、タイカレーなどを作る！


Just added 1/2 can of coconut milk and some milk
ココナツミルク缶（半分だけ）と牛乳を入れた

Added some dark chicken meat and random veggies I had lying around
鶏のもも肉を入れて。。。そして冷蔵庫に入ってた野菜、少し

It was tasty but...I added 2 tsp of sugar to make it suit my tastebuds
美味しかった。。。けど。。。私の好みに合わせて。。。小さじ２砂糖も入れた

It was rich and deep tasting!
味はリーチ。。。深くて美味しかった

I highly recommend this brand of curry paste...it was 80yen, a steal!
このブランドのカレーペーストは。おすすめです！　８０円だけで。。。すおい買い得でした

For my male readers who cannot cook.....this is a dish even you can make!
料理余り出来ない男性でも作れる!

Just use the paste, coconut milk, meat of choice and veggies of choice!
このペースト、ココナツミルク、肉、野菜だけ！

I used milk because 100% coconut milk is too rich for my tastebuds
私牛乳を使った理由は。。。ココナツミルクだけを使うと。。。ものすごい重くなる！


It was pretty spicy though...beware
少し辛かった！　気を付けてね！　辛いの食べられない人をチャレンジしない方がいいかも！
