花びらスカート petal skirt
I made this 2 years ago for Lina
２年ぐらい前、このスカートを作った
At the time, she had no interest at all in wearing it
そのごろ、リナは全く着る興味ない
I was so disappointed....ugh...I spent so much time on it only to have her turn her nose up at it?!
私は。。。すごいガッカリしました。 えええ、あんなに時間かかったのに、好きじゃない？！
After that I decided never to spend too much time on making her clothes
その経験の後。。。決めた。。。彼女の洋服を作る時、余り時間かからない物を作った方が”安全”！
Finally it has become one of her favorite skirts...thank goodness
最近、好きなスカートになった！ 良かった、良かった
The preference of children always changes!
子供の好み。。。激しく変わる
It is not hard to make
作るのは。。そんなに難しくない
Just time-consuming
ただ時間かかる
Make a petal shape out of cardboard
花びらの形を段ボールで作って
And cut two pieces of fabric using that as your guideline
生地二つを。。。その型を使って、切る
Then sew them together, design inside
生地二つを縫って（模様は中）
Flip inside out and sew the edges again
ひっくり返して、またミシンで周りを縫う
It is reversible! それは可逆的である
