Seiji is getting used to his new job in the US but he feels that he needs a mentor who guides him for his future career. There are more things he will have difficulty understanding while working in America.

A mentor can give you a significant influence for work. Regardless of one's age and experience level, everyone needs advice for work. You can learn many things from your mentor as to how you plan your career and life in general.

When Umemura was working in Osaka, he had some experience of having a mentor. However, his pressure from work was so significant that his relationship with his mentor gradually faded out.

At H&B, you start searching for a mentor by filling out necessary information in the application first.

止まらずに日本語を読みながら訳してみましたが、洗練された表現がなかなか出てこない。。。
