●米国防総省、UAP調査におけるファイブ・アイズとの協力関係を確認

米国防総省（DoD）はリベレーションタイムズに対し、米国とファイブ・アイズ（FVEY）の同盟 国が「UAPに関連する相互の関心と懸念の分野」について話し合いを続けていることを確認 した。
2023年5月、米政府の全領域異常解決局（AARO）が開催。
FVEYの同盟国であるカナダ、イギリス、ニュージーランド、オーストラリアの各代表が出席した。
FVEYはこれら5カ国からなる情報同盟で、シグナルインテリジェンスにおける協力に重点を置いている。この協力により、加盟国は情報を共有し、共同作戦を実施する能力を高めている。
国防総省のスーザン・ゴフ報道官は、リベレーション・タイムズ紙に次のように語った：
「AAROは、2023年5月に第1回FVEY作業部会を開催し、FVEYパートナーとUAPに関する相互の関心・懸念分野について話し合いを続けている。
「AAROは、UAPの目撃情報を特定し、解決するために、オープンな共有環境で同盟国やパートナーと協力することを約束する。」
最近、グラント・ラバック研究員は、情報公開法（FOIA）を通じて、2023年5月の初会合の詳細を記した公式文書を公表した。
会議では、AAROが最新情報を発表した後、米国連邦航空局（FAA）、NASA、国家航空情報統合局（NIM-Aviation）、国家海上情報統合局（NIM-Maritime）がブリーフィングを行った。
NIM-Aviationは国家安全保障を強化するために米国の航空情報の統合と分析に重点を置き、NIM-Maritimeは海上情報に関して同様の責務を担っている。

注目すべきは、英国など一部の国がUAPに特に関心がないと主張しているにもかかわらず、FVEYパートナーがUAPに関する最新情報を提供していることである。

これに対して英国国防省は、UAPが地球外知的生命体である可能性を指摘し、そのような現象は軍事的脅威を示すものではなく、国防省は他の防衛活動にリソースを優先していると述べた：
「50年以上にわたって、地球外知的生命体、未確認飛行物体、未確認航空現象が目撃され、英国に対する軍事的脅威の存在を示す報告はない。」
「国防省の資源を他の国防関連活動に優先的に振り向けることは、より価値のあることである。」
興味深いことに、英国国防省は『リベレーションタイムズ』紙に対して、以前は地球外生命体についてはノーと回答していたのを修正した。
その修正された回答は、地球外知的生命体の目撃情報は軍事的脅威を示唆するものではないとしているだけで、国防省に報告された、あるいは国防省が遭遇したそのような知的生命体の存在は否定していない。
これは明確に認めたわけではないが、国防省が人間以外の知性に遭遇した可能性を示唆している点で、注目に値する。
このような声明は通常、慎重に精査され承認されるものであることを考えると、この文言は、米国や中国などの他国で情報開示のプロセスが展開された場合に、重要な意味を持つ可能性がある。
また、UAPを優先しないということは、防衛省がこの問題に関心がないということでもない。
『リベレーション・タイムズ』はまた、ラバックのFOIA（情報公開法）発覚を受けて、MI6を擁するイギリスの外務・英連邦・開発局（FCDO）に問い合わせ、回答を求めた。
FCDOのスポークスマンは次のように述べた：
「HMG（英国女王陛下の政府）の長年の方針で、諜報機関に関することはコメントしない」。
注目すべきは、ジャーナリストのジェレミー・コーベルが2021年にシリア上空で英国空軍（RAF）によって傍受されたUAPの写真を入手したことである。

昨年、カナダの政治家ラリー・マグワイアは、カナダ国防大臣に対し、カナダとそのFVEYパートナーがUAPに由来する物質の回収と利用に関する極秘プログラムに関与していることを確認できるブリーフィングを要請するという爆弾的な書簡を送った。
マグワイア氏は2023年3月22日付の書簡で、当時のアニータ・アナンド国防相に対し、カナダが関与しているとされるUAPの秘密活動に関する機密ブリーフィングを正式に要請するよう強く求め、こう記している：
「私は、回収されたUAP資料の分析に関するカナダ政府の歴史的かつ継続的な取り組みについて、機密で保護された完全なプログラム情報を含む機密ブリーフィングを貴殿の関係者に要請するよう、貴殿に勧告するために書きます」。
マグワイアはこう付け加えた：
「回収された外国物質は、ファイブ・アイズ外国物質プログラム（FMP）を通じて調査され、カナダでは、いくつかの情報共有協定と条約に沿ったカナダ軍情報司令部が後援している」。
『リベレーション・タイムズ』誌は、米軍の未知の機体の回収作業は、物体が海上に着水するか墜落するか、紛争地域内か、他の同盟国との共同作戦地域内かなど、特定の状況によって異なると理解している。
分析作業は、機体と生物学的製剤が施設に運ばれた後、その物質が人間由来でないかどうかを判断するために行われると理解されている。
●Pentagon Confirms Ongoing Collaboration with Five Eyes Allies on UAP Investigations

The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has confirmed to Liberation Times that the United States and its allies within Five Eyes (FVEY) continue to discuss “areas of mutual interest and concern related to UAP”.
This follows the inaugural Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) meeting held in May 2023 by the U.S. government’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).
Representatives from each of its FVEY allies—Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia—were in attendance.
The FVEY is an intelligence alliance comprising these five countries, focused on cooperation in signals intelligence. This collaboration enhances the member countries' ability to share information and conduct joint operations.
DoD spokesperson Susan Gough told Liberation Times:
“AARO held its first FVEY Working Group in May 2023 and continues to discuss areas of mutual interest and concern related to UAP with its FVEY partners.
“AARO is committed to working with allies and partners in an open, sharing environment to identify and resolve UAP sightings.”
Recently, researcher Grant Lavac published official documentation detailing the inaugural May 2023 meeting through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
During the session, AARO presented its updates, followed by briefings from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), NASA, the National Air Intelligence Integration Office (NIM-Aviation), and the National Maritime Intelligence-Integration Office (NIM-Maritime).
NIM-Aviation focuses on integrating and analyzing U.S. aviation intelligence to enhance national security, while NIM-Maritime handles similar responsibilities concerning maritime intelligence.
Of note, FVEY partners provided their own updates on UAP, even though some nations, such as the UK, have claimed they have no particular interest in UAP.
This indicates a broader commitment to sharing intelligence and collaborating on UAP investigations among the allied nations - despite their respective official public communications on the topic.
Liberation Times contacted the UK’s Ministry of Defence (MOD) to inquire whether its dismissive stance on UAP remains unchanged, despite official documentation, obtained by Lavac, confirming that the UK was scheduled to provide its own UAP update.
In response, the UK MOD raised the prospect of UAP representing extra-terrestrial intelligence, stating that such phenomena do not indicate any military threat and that the MOD prioritizes resources for other defense activities:
“In over 50 years, no sightings of extra-terrestrial intelligence, Unidentified Flying Objects and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena reported to us indicated the existence of any military threat to the United Kingdom.
“It remains more valuable to prioritise MOD resource towards other Defence-related activities.”
Of interest, the MOD modified its usual response to the Liberation Times, which previously indicated that it had no opinion of extra-terrestrial life.
Its adapted response simply states that no sightings of extra-terrestrial intelligence indicated any military threat, but it does not deny the existence of such intelligence reported to or encountered by the MOD.
While this is not an explicit admission, it is noteworthy as it suggests the MOD may have encountered non-human intelligence.
Given the careful scrutiny and approval such statements typically undergo, this wording could prove significant, should a disclosure process unfold within the U.S. or another nation such as China.
Also noteworthy, not prioritizing UAP does not mean the MOD has no interest in the issue.
Liberation Times also contacted the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), which encompasses MI6, for a response following Lavac’s FOIA discovery.
An FCDO spokesperson said:
“It is the long-standing policy of HMG [His Majesty’s Government] not to comment on intelligence matters.”
Of note, journalist Jeremy Corbell obtained a photo of UAP intercepted by the UK's Royal Air Force (RAF) over Syria in 2021.

In a bombshell letter last year, Canadian politician Larry Maguire urged Canada's Minister of National Defence to request a briefing which could verify that Canada and its FVEY partners are involved in a secretive program concerning the recovery and exploitation of materials originating from UAP.
In the letter, dated 22 March 2023, Maguire fervently urged then Defence Minister Anita Anand to formally request a classified briefing on alleged covert UAP efforts involving Canada, writing:
‘I am writing to recommend you request a classified briefing, containing full sensitive and protected program information from your officials on the Government of Canada’s historical and ongoing efforts on analyzing recovered UAP material.’
Maguire added:
‘Recovered foreign material is studied through the Five Eyes Foreign Material Program (FMP) which, in Canada, is sponsored by the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command aligned with several intelligence sharing arrangements and treaties.’
Liberation Times understands that U.S. retrieval operations for unknown craft depend on the specific context, such as whether the object lands or crashes at sea, in contested territory, or within a joint theatre of operations with other allies.
Analysis is understood to occur after the craft and any biologics are transported to facilities, to determine whether the materials are of non-human origin.
