●UAPの謎：インドの法執行官が原発上空でUFO目撃を報告、1機はジグザグの奇妙な動きをしていた

地元の報道によると、インドの上級警察官が、国内の原子力発電所上空で目撃された奇妙なUFOを調査し、ビデオに収めたという。
インドのUFO目撃情報
目撃者の一人はエンジニアの訓練を受けた警部補であった。この目撃者によると、彼が録画したものは技術では説明できないと100％確信していた。
また、その奇妙な物体はジグザグに動いていたという。
十数件にのぼるこの事件は、いずれも亜大陸南端のKudankulam nuclear plant クダンクラム原発や、東海岸のカルパッカムに近いマドラス原子力発電所の近くを奇妙にうろつく物体に関係している。
クダンクラム原発から1時間のところにあるティルネルヴェリ支局の技術部門に配属された警察副警視のSyed Abdul Kader,サイード・アブドゥル・カデルは、UFO専門家のサビル・フサインに、奇妙な現象を2回撮影することができたと説明した。
カデルは、その静止状態、ジグザグの動き、消えるスピードがすべて違っていたと説明する。
カデルはまた、2020年以来、クダンクラム南部の海岸沿いの町の近くでUFOを目撃している。サビルと会って話し合った結果、目撃したのはUFOだと確信したという。
2023年のケイダーの南方での目撃は、7月から8月にかけて東海岸のニーランカライ-マハーバリプラムの海岸線沿いで数週間にわたって目撃されたものと重なっている。この地域にはカルパッカムのマドラス原子力発電所（MAPS）がある。

UFOの秘密：
米国防総省が今年、議会に対して公式のUFO報告書を発行したとしても、米上院の上級議員はこの問題をさらに深く掘り下げるために召喚権を追求し続けている。
国防総省の報告書は、国防総省の全領域異常解決局（AARO）によって作成された。この報告書に先立って、国会議員たちはUFO情報公開のための修正案を可決するために多大な努力をした。これは、独立したパネルの権限を提供することを意図していた。このパネルがUFOの謎と真実を解明することになる。
法案の提出者であり上院院内総務のチャック・シューマーは、下院が審査委員会の提案を採択するために協力しなかったことは、大変な暴挙であると話している。つまり、UAP記録の機密解除は、過去何十年もの間、情報公開を妨げてきた団体にほとんど委ねられることになる。
ティム・バーチェット下院議員は、UFOの情報公開問題について声高に主張する下院議員の一人であるが、完全にぼったくられていると表現している。
法案の水増しバージョンは、アメリカの情報機関と国防総省が、どの情報を秘密にするかを決定できることを示唆しているが、議会は今年後半にこの問題を再度調査する予定である。
法案の共同提案者であるマイク・ラウンズ上院議員は、これはあくまでも優先順位の問題だと話している。
●UAP Mystery: India Law Enforcers Report UFO Sightings Over Nuclear Plants, With One Having Bizarre Zigzag Movements

According to a local news report, some of India's senior law enforcers were able to investigate and video-tape some bizarre UFO sightings over nuclear plants across the country.
UFO Sightings in India
One of the witnesses was an engineer by training and a police sub-inspector. According to this witness, he was 100% sure that what he taped could not be explained by technology. He also says that the odd object had fast zigzag movements.
The incidents, which amount to around a dozen, all involve craft that oddly loiter close to the Kudankulam nuclear plant at the sub continent's southern tip and the Madras atomic power station close to Kalpakkam along the east coast of the country.
Syed Abdul Kader, a police sub-inspector assigned to the Tirunelveli office's technical wing an hour from the Kudnakulam nuclear plant, explained to Sabir Hussain, a UFO expert, that he was able to film two shots of the odd phenomena.
Kader describes that its stillness, zigzag movement, and speed of disappearance were all different.
Kader also shared that he personally witnessed UFOs close to the Kudankulam southern coastal town since the year 2020. He shares that after meeting and discussing with Sabir, he is very sure that what he witnessed were UFOs.
The 2023 sightings of Kader to the south overlapped with weeks' worth of sightings across August and July in the eastern coast, along the shoreline of Neelankarai-Mahabalipuram. This region houses the Kalpakkam's Madras Atomic Power Station (MAPS).
According to Hussain, the video-taped sightings of Kader took place just 10 days after Prateep V. Philip, the former director general of police, snapped UFO pictures at the Muttukadu sea shore close to Chennai.

UFO Secrets
Even if the Pentagon has issued an official UFO report to the Congress this year, senior US Senate members keep on pursuing subpoena power in order to delve deeper into the matter.
The report of the pentagon was produced by the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) of the Department of Defense. It was preceded by great efforts of lawmakers to pass an amendment for UFO disclosure. This was meant to offer an independent panel authority. This panel would then be in charge of unraveling the mystery and truth of UFOs.
Chuck Schumer, the bill's sponsor and the Senate Majority Leader, shares that it is quite an outrage that the House of Representatives did not collaborate with them to adopt the proposal for the board of review. This means that UAP record declassification will be mostly up to the entities that have hampered disclosure for the last decades.
Congressman Tim Burchett, one of the lawmakers of the House who is vocal about the UFO disclosure issue, expresses being ripped off and hosed completely.
Though the bill's watered down version implies that US intelligence agencies and the Pentagon can decide which information to keep a secret, the Congress has plans to look into the matter again later this year.
Senator Mike Rounds, who was a co-sponsor of the bill, shares that this is only a matter of priorities.
