Kera Case: Evidence that the UFO was just an Ashtray; but it did Fly!

BY  IN ENIGMAS · 0 COMMENT

The Kera case is probably the most popular UFO incident in Japan. In 1972, Michio Seo a 13 year old and his group of friends observed and captured a mini UFO. The small unmanned UFO was taken home and examined, it was even shown to an adult, the father of one of the boys, but he did not dedicate too much time or attention to the object or the group´s testimony. Although the mini UFO was kept in a secure bag it was not to be found the next day, but the boys went back to the same location where it was first seen and captured it again. The object emitted lights and sound and had some kind of circuitry inside that could be seen through some holes on the object’s base (they tried to dismantle it but failed). The object managed to escape two more times under unknown circumstances. Eventually, it was never seen again. Further details on the case can be found in a post we published in 2018.

A few days back I received an email from Kozo Niwa a member of the Japan Space Phenomena Society (JSPS). He informed me that he and his colleagues had discovered some ashtrays with the same dimensions and design as the Kera mini-UFO. Does that mean that the Kera case is a hoax? It seems no. The testimonies that were collected in 2007 by Kazuo Kaiashi (best friend of Kozo Niwa) are considered credible by him and the JSPS. So we have a flying ashtray involved that can immediately discredit the story as a fraud but at the same time testimonies by the participants of this case are considered as credible and genuine.

The ashtray found has a rotating lid. The Kera flying object/ashtray had the lid sealed and the boys were not able to access it´s interior (image: Japan Space Phenomena Society)

Let´s remind ourselves that the witnesses back in 1972 had observed some kind of mechanism or electronic circuitry in the cavity of the object that they could not access. And also this was not just a simple remotely controlled flying object like a drone; it did not have any visible or known system of propulsion it emitted lights and sound, made maneuvers similar to a bat and we suspect that it had the ability to materialise and dematerialise. Was this advanced human technology from a government or an individual or could it have come from an alien civilization? Or did someone create ashtrays inspired by the Kera case?

A photo of the captured mini-UFO. Notice how the lid is different from that of the ahstrays

The case cannot be explained as a fraud; it has now taken an unexpected twist with the discovery of the ashtrays. It would be interesting to find out who constructed these ashtrays.
