海外にいるイトコが知らないうちに亡くなってしまっているというケースが出て来ました。
日本に土地がある場合の相続は相続登記がmust.
本人じゃないとできないことなので、相続が必要な人たちに伝えたいのだけれど。
アメリカだったりすると印鑑証明もないのです。
持ち主が外国人の場合はどうなるのでしょう。
