この列車、新宿駅は１６分遅れで出発し、その５１に。

A station staff "The 6:05 p.m. Shonan-Shinjuku line train for Koganei direct to the Utsunomiya line is delayed ten minutes due to heavy rain on the Yokosuka line. We apologize for your inconvenience."
This train departed from Shinjuku station sixteen minutes delay, so this was the 51st.
