A station staff of Shinjuku station "Passengers for the Saikyo line trains, the 8:20 p.m and the 8:40 p.m. Saikyo Line Commuters' rapid service trains for Kawagoe are cancelled due to passenger's nuisance at Itabashi station. We apologize for your inconvenience."
