Trip to Iceland "Copenhagen" | Hello Northern Lights

Hello Northern Lights

25 year old Japanese girl in Tokio. Currently working in investment banking and graduated from Waseda University. Nice to meet you here:)

Haai, This entry originally took place on December 30th during my trip to Iceland from the 30th to January7th.

Icelandic trip wouldnt be so expensive as my friends thought.

if you thought Iceland was a prohibitively expensive place to visit before, it's not now.

This trip, I used Scandinavian Airline. Basically the reason I chose scandinavian airline was they offered very reasonable price to fly. Considering the season just before New Year, it was very nice price to fly to Copenhagen and flight with Icelandic air to Reykjavik.

I had 6 hours to transfer in Copenhagen. What are you gonna do in the airport for 6 hours?

It is too long to wait the next flight. So I went to city in Denmark, the central station of Copenhagen with train.

It was quite easy to go to the central station of Copenhagen from Airport. I took train leaving from line2.

I was honestly a little uneasy because there was no English translation on the every infomation board in the airport. So I used imagination to think of origin of English from Danish.

Still, I got to the city very easily without Danish.

Honestly it was very cold more than I thought in Copenhagen.

You will take train in Line2 at Airport to Central Station of Copenhagen.

I was very prouf of myself that I could get to the station by myself.
It is very first time trip alone other than in United States.
Vey Cozy pretty station.

Beautiful Station of Copenhagen. In my personal opinion, it looks like Tokyo station.
But it was so cold that I gave up going around copenhagen outside with very easy shoe.
It could be dangerous to walk on the snow.

I was happy to have a piece of chocola danish in Andersen Bakery with nice coffee.

This is my favorite even in Japan.

After I got coffee and a danish, I went back to airport since I was still uneasy to get lost.

The time I stayed in the city was just 1.5hours.

Next entry, Iceland.
