今年は花粉症が復活して、今日も朝から目が痒かったので
外出を控えて自宅練習や事務などのPC作業をしていました。
今日読んだ雑誌の記事に、こんな言葉がありました。
”青春とは心の若さである。信念と希望にあふれ、
勇気にみちて日に新たな活動を続けるかぎり、
青春は永遠にその人のものである”
この言葉を実践している友人がグラナダにいます。
昨年スペインへ会いに行き、一緒に過ごして、エネルギーをいっぱいもらいました。
その旅の中から”スペインひとり旅・グラナダ〜ランハロン編”をYouTubeにアップしました。
約23分の動画です。
時間のある時にでも、のんびり楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
雑誌にはこんな文章もありました。
”自分が何歳まで生きるかは誰もわからないもの。
分からないなりに、ともかく一生懸命、歩み続けることが
寿命を生かしきる道。”
人生百年時代！いつまでも前向きに！

My hay fever is back this year, and my eyes were itchy from this morning.
I refrained from going out and did home practice, office work, and other PC work.
In an article in a magazine I read today, I found these words.
"Youth is youth of the mind. As long as a person is full of faith and hope and continues to renew his or her activities day by day with courage, youth will be his or hers forever."
I have a friend in Granada who lives by these words.
I went to Spain last year to see him, spent time with him, and received a lot of energy from him.
I uploaded a video from that trip, "Solo Journey in Spain, Granada - Lanjaron," on YouTube. It is about 23 minutes long.

In the magazine, there was also this sentence.
"No one knows how long he or she will live.
The way to make the most of your life span is to keep going as hard as you can, even if you don't know.
That is the way to make the most of your life span."
Life is 100 years old! Always be positive!
Only forward movement is the way to go! 💪.
