３月18日、全柔連強化委員会主催の強化連携フォーラムをオンラインで開催しました。
強化連携フォーラムとは、男女のシニア、ジュニア強化指定選手の指導者の皆さんにご参加いただき、強化委員会からの情報提供を行うとともに、皆さんとの意見交換する会合です。
世界で戦うためには、選手の所属先の皆さんと一体となって強化を進めていくことが不可欠です。そのため、年に一度、強化選手を指導する先生方と目標と強化の方向性について共有する機会を設けているのです。私が監督のときから始め、回を重ねてきましたが、今回も多くの方々にご参加いただき、大変有意義な時間となりました。
主なプログラムは、男女のシニアとジュニアの監督から今年度の強化方針と事業計画の説明、国際大会の分析、国際大会のルールや柔道衣規格についての解説などです。私からはJOCの強化方針とIJF関連の報告をさせていただきました。
今回も皆さん、非常に熱心に耳を傾けてくださいましたし、
情報共有の重要性を改めて実感しました。
新年度も強化選手がそれぞれの目標に向かって充実した競技生活を送ることができるよう、
全国の指導者の皆さんとともに力を尽くしていきたいと思います。
Forum on Strengthening Cooperation
An online forum was held on March 18th by the All Japan Judo Strengthening Committee to discuss ways to cooperate.
It was attended by men’s and women’s senior and junior instructors of designated players. The forum was a chance to pass on information from the Strengthening Committee and have an exchange of ideas.
To compete on the world stage, it is imperative that we work together with all affiliated parties to strengthen the team. For that reason, we create an opportunity every year for our athlete’s strengthening coaches and instructors to meet and share their goals and trajectories.
We have held a number of forums since I was coach and with so many people participating again this time it is always a very meaningful session.
The main part of the programme concerns is an explanation by the men’s and women’s senior and junior coaches about their strengthening policies and plan of activities, and an analysis of international competitions and international competition rules and standards. My role is to give a report on the strengthening policy of the JOC and other IJF related matters.
Everyone listened very intently at the forum, reaffirming for me thee vital importance of sharing information.
I will be working hard together with national instructors to enable the strengthening athletes to attain their individual goals and lead a fulfilling competitive life.
