新年明けましておめでとうございます。
昨年中は日本柔道に対し、沢山の御声援を頂き大変有り難うございました。
2022年もどうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。
今年も年始早々から精力的に活動していきます。
まずは5日から始まる全日本男子強化合宿に強化副委員長として参加します。
鈴木監督体制発足後、東京五輪代表も含めた強化選手が
一堂に会する最初の合宿となりますので非常に楽しみです。
また、ブランディング戦略推進特別委員会では
昨年ご協力いただいたアンケート結果を検証し、
具体的な行動に反映させていきたいと考えています。
結果等については全柔連ホームページ等で報告していく予定となっていますので
ぜひチェックしてください。
４月で設立４年目に突入するNPO法人JUDOsも、
活動を益々充実させていきます。
コロナ禍により海外からの研修生の受け入れや
指導者派遣が出来ない状況が続いていますが、
このような時期だからこそ草の根の交流が必要であると考えています。
NPOの事業は地道な作業の連続です。
支援者の皆様、会員の皆様と共に、社会情勢の変化に対応しながら出来ることを行い、
柔道による国際交流の明かりを灯し続けていきたいと思います。
また、昨年末にはJOCパリ2024対策プロジェクトのリーダーを拝命いたしました。
国内競技連盟や関係団体の皆さんの御意見・御要望を吸い上げ、
いわばハブ的な存在となって情報収集・共有、
チームジャパンとしての方向性を示していくのが仕事です。
パリ五輪まですでに３年を切っていますので、、
スピーディーかつ効率よく丁寧に対応していきながら、
一体感を醸成していきたいといと思っています。
2022年もチャレンジを続けます。

Happy New Year!
I would like to express my thanks for all your support for Japanese judo last year. I’m looking forward to working with you again in 2022.
This year again I will be working at full speed right from the start.
As Vice Chairman of the Strengthening Committee, I will be participating in the Men’s National Training Camp from January 5th.
I am really looking forward to what will be the first training camp with all team members, including the Tokyo Olympic representatives since the inauguration of the Suzuki management team.
In addition, the Branding and Strategy Committee will be reviewing the results of the questionnaire you kindly assisted us with last year, with an eye to taking action based on the results.
We will post the results on the All -Japan Judo federation website, please be sure to check it out.
The JUDOs NPO will enter its 4th year of operation this coming April.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are still unable to send instructors overseas or accept trainees here, however it is our thinking that it is precisely in times such as this that grassroots exchanges are important.
The work of any NPO is a continuous and steady process.Together with our members and supporters we will continue to strive to do our best while responding to changes in the situation. We will continue to light the way for international exchange through judo.
At the end of 2021, I was appointed as leader of the JOC Paris 2024 Countermeasures Project.
I am very keen to hear the opinions and requests of all the Japanese sports federations and related organizations. I will act as a hub to collect and share information and present it to Team Japan.
The Paris Olympics is already less than three years away, so we need to respond quickly, efficiently and carefully, while creating a sense of unity.
In 2022 we will continue to take on various challenges.
I look forward to working with you all again this year.
