グランドスラム・カザン大会のため、ロシアのカザンに来ています。
今回も複数回のPCR検査を経ての出国となり、
こちらでも入国時に検査を受け、一旦ホテルで隔離され、
全員陰性が確認されました。無事、大会に向けての準備を始める事が出来ます。
今大会、男子は世界選手権90kg級代表の村尾三四郎一人の出場です。
遠征は最少人数での遠征となっているため、
私は村尾の練習パートナーの役割も担います。
村尾が納得する準備ができるよう
気合いを入れて頑張らなければ、と思っています。
東京で開催予定だった強化合宿は、
合宿をスタートするための準備段階での検査で選手の中に陽性者が1名出ました。
そのため練練習開始前での即解散という対応を取りました。
カザンに来ている我々はこちらでやるべき事をやりたいと思っております。
この大会後には国際合宿が行われます。
感染防止を徹底し、貴重な国際合宿の場を生かしてほしいと思っています。
Grand Slam Kazan
We are here in Kazan, Russia to compete in the Kazan Grand Slam.
After undergoing numerous PCR tests in order to leave the country then again on our arrival we have been given the all clear and are now isolating at a hotel. We can now focus on preparing for the competition.
One member of the men’s team is taking part, world championship representative in the 90kg class MURAO Sanshiro.
We are only taking a limited squad to away matches so I will also act as his partner for practice.
It’s my job to work hard to provide him the level of practice he deserves.
Plans for an intensive training camp in Tokyo were cancelled as one of our athletes tested positive during the organizational stages of the event.
I’d like those of us who have made the journey to Kazan to really do our job well.
An international training camp is being held after the competition.
I hope everyone will make the most of this great opportunity to train at an international camp, taking all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
