皆さん、こんにちは！
全日本男子強化チームは1月3日に成田集合に集合して日本を出発、
今年最初の強化合宿のため、ハワイに来ています。
例年、沖縄など温かい土地で冬場の合宿を行ってきましたが、
今年はハワイ柔道連盟からお声をおかけいただき、
オアフ島での合宿を行うこととなりました。
こちらではじっくり身体作りを行い、
リラックスしながらもしっかりと追い込んでいきたいと思っています。
選手たちの顔を見ると当然ですが正月ボケなどなく、
年末年始、それぞれに身体を動かし続けてきたことがわかります。
勝負の年、それぞれにとって最高のスタートとなるよう
全日本強化コーチ、スタッフとともに
充実の合宿にしたいと思っています。
Activities Underway for the Japan Team
Hello everyone,
The Japan Men’s Team met up at Narita on January 3rd, leaving Japan for our first training camp of the year here in Hawaii.
We normally conduct our winter training in warmer climes such as Okinawa but this year we were invited by the Hawaiian Judo Federation to train in Oahu.
Here in Hawaii we will be working out and training hard as well as relaxing.
Though it is a given I can see in the faces of the athletes that they aren’t worn out from celebrating New Year and have continued training over the holiday period.
In such a big competition year we hope this will be a great training camp and a great start for everyone involved; the Japan Team, staff and coaches.
