今日は東海大相模高の越年合宿に参加、
今年の稽古納めをしてきました。
全日本男子強化チームとしては先週行った強化合宿で
2019年のスケジュールを全て終了、
無事1年間の活動を終えました。
皆さん、今年も沢山の御声援を頂きありがとうございました。
この強化合宿では
1964年東京五輪中量級金メダリストの岡野功先生に実技指導ならびに講話をして頂きました。
圧倒的存在感と素晴らしい技術指導、凄まじいキレある動きと技、、、
ただただ感銘を受けました。
このような貴重な機会を得られましたことに心より感謝申しあげます。
さて、おかげさまで今年も私は全日本男子強化監督として
全力で走り抜くことができました。
今年は最大のターゲットとなった東京世界選手権を始め、
数々の大会で全日本男子強化チームに対し
御支援、御声援を頂きました。
皆さんの御声援は、我々にとって本当に大きな励みとなっております。
いつも本当にありがとうございます。
今年は全日本男子監督以外の場面でも、沢山のことがありました。
4月にＮＰＯ法人JUDOsを起ち上げたのを始め、
様々な業種・世界の人と会う時間を多く持ち、
多くの事を学ぶ機会を得ることができました。
プライベートでは英語力向上、読書量を増やす、
といった目標をもうちょっと頑張りたかったという思いもありますが、、、。
しかしながら、私なりに精一杯出来るだけのことはやってきたという思いはあります。
来年はいよいよ東京オリンピックです。
柔道、そして日本のスポーツ界にとって
素晴らしい１年となるよう全力を注いで参ります。
皆さん、引き続き御声援賜りますようどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

リーチマイケルさんに講話いただきました。
誠実で実直な人柄が伝わる素晴らしい講話でした。リーチくん、ありがとう！！
Michael Leitch the Japan rugby team captain came along to give a speech at our training camp.
Listening to his speech I got a sense of what a sincere and honest person he is.

Today I took part in the a Tokai Sagami High year-end training camp, my final training for the year.
The Japan Men’s Team ended their schedule of activities for 2019 on a high note with a great training camp last week.
I’d like to thank everyone for all tour amazing support this year.
Isao Okano, middleweight gold medalist at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics came along to offer both practical Instruction and give a lecture.
Tremendously impressive. he had an overwhelming presence, gave us wonderful technical instruction and showed us some very smart moves and techniques.
Thanks to all your support I was able to plough through the year full throttle as the Japan Men’s Team coach.
The Japan Men’s Team received a lot of support throughout the year at a number of competitions starting with this years main target the Tokyo World Championships.
For all of us, hearing your support really spurs us on. Thank you so much.
There were many other events this year apart from coaching the Japan Men’s Team.
Beginning with the launch of JUDOs NPO in April. I spent a lot of time meeting people from various industries and from all around the world which gave me many opportunities to learn.
On a personal note I had wanted to improve my English over the year by reading more however,,,all in all I believe I did the best I could.
Finally this year sees the Tokyo Olympics.
I will do my best to ensure this is a great year for Judo and the the Japanese sporting world.
