12月9日、私がアンバサダーを務める
HEROsが毎年行っている「HEROs AWARD」の表彰式がありました。
この表彰は、
アスリートの社会貢献活動を促進、周知するために開催しており、
アスリート部門（男性部門・女性部門）、
チーム・リーグ部門、NPO部門、それぞれで表彰されました。
皆さん、おめでとうございます！
そして今年は、
認定NPO法人柔道教育ソリダリティーが
特別賞を受賞されました。
ご存じのように
柔道教育ソリダリティーは、
私の恩師の山下泰裕先生が13年間にわたり理事長を務め、
世界中の柔道家、アスリートが参加して活動を展開してこられました。
私もその活動の中で貴重な経験をさせていただいた一人です。
このたびの受賞は柔道教育ソリダリティーの活動を称え、
後世に伝えるためにもふさわしいものです。

これまで活動を支えてこられた世界中のすべての皆さん、
おめでとうございました！！
HEROs AWARDS 2019！
Hello！
As ambassador of HEROs, I attended the annual awards ceremony on December 9th.
The awards are to promote awareness of the social contributions made by athletes.
Awards were presented in the following categories;
Athletes (male and female)
Teams, Leagues and NPOs.
I would like to thank everyone.
This year a special award was presented the Solidarity of Judo Education NPO
As I have previously mentioned in this blog, Yasuhiro Yamashita a teacher of mine, was the chairman of the NPO for 13 years during which time a great number of athletes took part in the development of various projects.
I’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone in administration and everyone who assisted with with activities both at hone and abroad.
