震度の大きかった新潟県や山形県では
避難されている方もいらっしゃるかと思います。
また、早朝から復旧作業にあたられている方も多くおられると思います。

Sending my Condolences
I'd like to send my condolences to all those affected in the recent earthquake off the Yamagata coast.
I believe some people have been evacuated in the worst hit areas of Niigata and Yamagata and that many people will be immediately involved with recovery work.
I pray for the safety and wellbeing of everyone concerned.
