ポーランドに来ています。
一昨日は柔道教室を行い、子どもたちや選手たちと柔道で交流しましたが、
昨日は少し観光をしてきました。

Kotaro is currently coaching the Poland National Team, so I had him show me around.

クラクフ中央広場、ヴァヴェル城などに行き、
アウシュビッツ・ビルケナウ収容所も見学してきました。

また、ワルシャワ大学であたたかいおもてなしを受け、
今回、柔道教室を主催された三井物産の方々が懇親会を開いてくださいました。
今日一日、大変勉強になりましたが、色々と考えさせられる一日でもありました。
とても有意義な時間を過ごしています。

Meaningful Time, Time for Thinking
I’m in Poland now.
The day before yesterday I taught judo classes and got to know judo athletes and children, so yesterday I did a little sightseeing.
I went to Main Square Krakow and Wawel Royal Castle in the World Heritage Site, Warsaw Old Town and also visited the Auschwitz concentration camp.
I also received a very warm welcome at Warsaw University
where Mitsui & Co., Ltd., the corporation that is sponsoring the judo classes, held a get-together for us.
Today, I learned a lot of things, and I’ve been left with a lot of things to think about.
I spent some very meaningful time today.
