みなさん、こんにちは！
我々、全日本柔道男子強化チームは今、
ヨーロッパ柔道連盟主催の国際合宿に参加するため
スペイン・カタルーニャ州の海辺の街、
カッセルデフェルスというところに来ています。
日本チームは、初日から砂浜でのトレーニングを行い、
いい汗を流しました。
皆元気です！
毎年、この時期に行われている国際合宿。
日本チームは毎年参加しており、
ヨーロッパだけでなく、世界各地から強豪が勢ぞろい。
今回も世界各地から３００人以上の選手が集まっています。
合宿は７月６日まで行われます。
たくさんの刺激を受けながら、
実り多き合宿にしたいと思います！

Castelldefels Again This Year!
Hi, everyone!
We, the All Japan Judo Men’s Strengthening Team,
are currently in a place called Castelldefels, a town on the coast in Catalonia,
Spain to participate in the international training camp sponsored by the European Judo Union.
Since the first day, the Japan team has been breaking a good sweat training on the beach.
Everyone is in a great mood!
This international training camp is held every year around this time.
The Japan team participates every year, and skilled athletes from not only Europe,
but countries all around the world gather here.
More than 300 athletes came from countries all over the world again this year.
The camp will go until July 6th.
I hope to make the best of our time here while also gaining some inspiration.
