検査の翌週、友達の結婚式で鹿児島へ。
検査を受けたクリニックから、「結果、いつ聞きに来れますか？」とのお電話。今思えば、この催促は悪いニュースの時しかかかって来ない電話。無知すぎてその時はわからなかったので、翌週東京戻ったら検査結果を聞きに行く約束をして、そのまま鹿児島を楽しみました。
Not in any hurry to get my results back thinking I’m a normal healthy girl, I received a phone call from the clinic I had my check up at while I was on a trip in Kagoshima with friends to attend a wedding.
The lady at the clinic asked when I could come receive my results. Probably a sign of bad news, but I was so naive. I promised them I’ll drop by next week and enjoyed the rest of the trip.
