梅雨深まる。もくもく雲広がり天候むしむし。

体力落ちないように昼はもりもり。

夜もこってりラーメンで胃を満たす。

暑さに負けないで暑さを楽しんでいく。

The rainy season deepens. The clouds are spreading and the weather is humid.

To keep my strength up, I eat a hearty lunch.

At night, I fill my stomach with ramen noodles.

We will enjoy the heat and not be defeated by it.

朝、お散歩中のセントバーナード君と出会う。
2日続けてワンちゃんスタート。
縁起がいい予感。
35℃超えるうだる暑さの中でも
花々は可憐な彩りを見させてくれる。

夜、一直線に浅草寺に行こうとしたら
道すがら『十和田』に出会い
ギリギリ美味しい蕎麦にありつけた。

毎年生き続けてる「四万六千日」法要。
願い事、色々あるのだけれども
手を合わせると皆の幸せを祈ることになる。
皆の幸せは自分の幸せでもあるから。
一年、健康でいられますように。

浅草神社にも寄ってみたら
いつも閉まってるお堂が開いており
明かりが灯りいい雰囲気を醸し出していた。

I also dropped by Asakusa Shrine.

久しぶりに「ハチ」くんに正面からご挨拶。

都知事選のタスキ足に絡ませてるけど

清々しい姿に会えてひと安心。

これからも渋谷の姿、見守っておくれ。

気温がついに体温超え。流れる汗が止まらない。

負けずにカツカレー、ラーメンで胃を満たす。

スタミナつけて体力落ちないように。

ビル群も心なしかモヤっとして見える。

長い夏の予感。気持ちが折れないように

前を向いて、背を伸ばして。

朝の一杯から始まる日曜日。

暑さにもめげず開店前には60名の行列が並ぶ。

さっさといただき「文化浴泉」でひと汗流す。

喫茶店でアイスコーヒー片手にPCパチパチ。

一区切りつけて下北沢へ向かう。

「下北沢音楽祭」

毎年、友人に会うのを楽しみにやってきている。

炎天下の中、楽しい素晴らしい演奏の数々に

モヤモヤ空気が吹き飛んで清々しい。

老舗の「キッチン南海」でビール🍺飲み干し

オムライスと対峙する。どこか懐かしい味わい。

明日の一層の猛暑に備え早めにお家モードへ。

Sunday begins with a morning cup of coffee.

A line of 60 people lined up in front of the restaurant before it opened, undaunted by the heat.

I quickly get a drink and go to the "Bunka Yusen" to sweat it out.

I go to a coffee shop and crackle on my PC with an iced coffee in my hand.

After a quick break, I head for Shimokitazawa.

Shimokitazawa Music Festival.

Every year, I come here looking forward to seeing my friends.

Under the scorching sun, I was treated to a number of wonderful and enjoyable performances.

The blurred air was blown away and I felt refreshed.

I drink a beer at the long-established "Kitchen Nankai" and

I was confronted with an omelette rice dish. It tastes nostalgic.

We headed home early to prepare for tomorrow's heat wave.

体温以上に気温が上がり

どこまでいってしまうんだろう

と思う時、

しっかり腹ごしらえして

最後はアイスラテでクールダウン。

あ〜暑かった。
朝から汗だくだく。
太陽ジリジリ、気候ムシムシ。
なのに仕事終わりは足が三田へ。
お腹いっぱい汗いっぱい。
バナナジュースで体温下げて
気分アゲアゲ。

Oh, it was hot.
Sweaty from the morning.
The sun was shining and the weather was humid.
And yet, after work, my feet went to Mita.
I was full of sweat.

暑い日は続く。梅雨は夏の一期間になってるような
昨今、今後どこまで温暖化が進むのか悩ましいところである。
大谷君、活躍が加速化。彼の活躍は日本人の誇り。
仕事後、先輩と一杯。静かな店内でゆったりいい時間が過ぎる。
帰り、都知事選の期日前投票に向かう。これからの世代が生きやすい東京を牽引していただける人に代表になってほしいと願うばかり。

After work, I had a drink with my senpai. We had a nice, relaxing time in the quiet restaurant.
On my way home, I head to the polls to cast my ballot for the Tokyo gubernatorial election. I can only hope that the person who will lead Tokyo to be a comfortable place for future generations to live will be the representative.

モクモク広がる雲に覆われた梅雨空。

パッとしない天気にひきずられて

パッとしない気持ちで日中を終える。

所用で行った新橋駅前の雑居ビル。

初めての「台湾らーめん」なるものを食す。

「辛いの大丈夫ですか」と聞かれたので

「あまり」と答えたらお薦めのメニュー

提示されたのでそれに決める。

「アメリカン」

細かく刻んだ唐辛子が浮かび結構辛いが

なかなか癖になる味。値段も控えめ。

次回はトンポーローもいただこう。

食後のコーヒーはいつものお店で。

渋谷に戻ってみると久々に地元の高速バスに遭遇。

コロナ明け、勇姿を見られ安堵。

Dragged along by the gloomy weather

I end the day with a feeling of listlessness.

I went to a multi-tenant building in front of Shinbashi Station on business.

I had my first "Taiwanese Ramen".

I was asked if I was okay with spicy food.

I answered, "Not really.

I was presented with a menu recommendation, so I decided to go with it.

I decided on "American" Ramen.

It was quite spicy with finely chopped chili peppers floating on it, but it was quite addictive.

but the taste is quite addictive. The price is also moderate.

Next time, I will have Tong Po Lo.

I had my after-meal coffee at my usual place.

Returning to Shibuya, I encountered a local highway bus for the first time in a while.

It was a relief to see them after the Corona.

梅雨らしい雨が降ったり止んだりの繰り返し。
ありがたくない季節がやってきた。
ときおり突風も吹き付けるので傘が役に立たない。
ランチタイム、「七番」にやってくる。
1ヶ月前にインタビュー受けたときに食べた
「麻婆丼」
本日、番組放映。カットされているだろうと
思っていたのだがしっかり流されている。
毎日来てるなんて言ってる自分。
これからは極力毎日来よう。
晩ごはんはたまたま目に止まったハンバーグ。
「つばめグリル」いつ以来か。
アルミホイールに包まれたその一品は記憶通りジューシーなやみつきになるひとしな。
美味しい食は気持ちを上がって元気いただける
ハイパワーエネルギー。

充実した一日。
