Sunday with clear blue skies. My stroll started before noon. Passing by the Komaba campus of the University of Tokyo, we headed for a ramen restaurant that was sure to fill the stomachs of the students. The toppings of spicy topped with powdered chili peppers and ginger add to the deliciousness of the dish. I finished it.
After this, we moved from Tohokuzawa to Yoyogi Uehara.
Yoyogi Uehara is packed with fashionable stores. There are so many stores that you can get lost in the cafes alone. I decided to stop by a public bath next time. Daikokuyu" has been in business since the mid-Showa period. Inside and outside of the bathhouse are decorated with colored papers of famous people. The water seems mild, probably because it is pumped from underground water. There is also a sauna, a place to relax and unwind. There is also a massage machine, which I was looking for, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I took the Hachikun back to Shibuya. I had my usual latte with ice cream and took a break, and went to the NHK area for the first time since the Blue Cave. The curvaceous beauty of the National Stadium is always soothing to see. Kitchen cars were lined up in front of the NHK Hall, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Shibuya continues to be crowded with inbound visitors. With the weak yen, this feeling will probably continue for a while.
