Grill Ninjin is Yoshoku-ya in Kyoto
Yoshoku( 洋食 ) means Western (yo- 洋 ) dish (shoku- 食 ) in Japanese,
but not that simple like Americans and Europeans imagine.
When Japanese say Yoshoku,
it means the Japanese unique style of Western dish.
Yoshoku-ya is the restaurant which serves Yoshoku
and we developed own category of Japanese food
since western culture was introduced to Japan.

先週の定休日は 嫁が滋賀県の竜王のいちご狩りに家族を連れてってくれました。
僕は全く家族サービスができない人間なので
こういう場所に連れていってくれる嫁に感謝です。
