昨日は、カイの学校で運動会
がありました！といっても私の育った過程での運動会。。。。とはちょっと違い、何か、寂しいな
。。。。と思った運動会だったのですが。私のというか、日本の運動会は、前の日から親にお弁当を作ってもらうように頼んでおいて、運動会の当日、朝は、母がキッチンで大忙し！私たちは、学校に向かい、赤組、白組分かれての競技や、ダンス、学年別に入場して、バンド部が音楽
を流したり、何かとわくわくする日
！という思い出があるのだけど、こちらでの運動会は、まず平日でもあったりして、なので、もちろん忙しい保護者は参加でできず、そして、学年ごとの入場もなく、みんな知らず知らずに校庭に集まって、学年ごとで、校庭の部分、部分の場所で、競技などをしているので、ほかの学年の競技をしてるときに、カイ
も競技をしているので、見ることもできず。。。そして、一日中ではなく、カイのクラスは２時間のみ。。。まあ。。まだ小さいから。。。というのもあるのだろうけど、。。。何か、ものすごく落ち着いた、運動会で。。。あの、走る前のドキドキ感
、お昼ご飯を友達一家と交換したりという、楽しい時間もなく、音楽もなく。。。ちょっと寂しかったです！！でも、これは、文化の違いで、しょうがないですけど。。。でも、カイは、結構楽しんでいたようなので
！

well, It was Sports day at Kai's school yesterday! so he was kind nervous before the night, but also very excited!!!! It was only couple hour thing for kindergarteners!!! It was fun day for him and all of kids! but for me, it felt a bit culture shock!! because I had my sports day, when I was kid, it was kind of all day thing, and also my mom made lots of lots of foods and snacks for lunch to eat and share with friends family!!!! and when kids come out to the field, the bands were playing songs and we separate white team and also red team to compete!!! and all grades are playing different time, so we can see all of them, but When I was at Kai's, they were doing at same time, so I couldn't see other grades were competing!!!! I wish I could!!!
It was a bit different than I know about sports day in japan, but it is different culture! so it was kind of interested too!!!
but Kai was having so much fun! and also Mika was having great time at school park too!!!!
and it was beautiful day!! it turned out so good!!!! I took a movie too! hope you can see!!!
well, Sports day.... reminded me I need work out too!!! haha!!!!
