さて、今日は、カイが結膜炎のため、またもや学校
をお休み、月曜に医者に行った時に、うつるので、直るまで学校は、控えてくださいと・・・・目薬のような物を処方されて、だいぶよくなってきたみたいですが
、まだ赤いの
で、明日ももう一日お休みにしようか考えてます。
ミカも今夜から目がウサギさん
のようになり始め・・・今から、カイの目薬をさしてます。ひどくならないでおくれ～～
！！しかし、結膜炎のうつり方は本当に早いですね！！！私にももううつってるかも・・・
Today, Kai didn't go to his school, because of pink eyes!! We took him to Dr on Monday, and he said, we should keep him at home till get better, because pink eye is pretty contagious.
so we kept Monday, today and probably tomorrow, and hopefully he can go back on Thursday.
but tonight... Mika's eyes were looked kind of red.... so I gave her kai's eye drop too! hope it won't go worse.
but Dr is right, it is very contagious.... and you don't need the time to get one too.... so who knows I or Billy might have one already.... I feel like my eyes are itchy already.... no...it's just in my head....!!!
なので、今日は、カイもミカも、外に出ずじまいで、ストレス、エネルギーたまりまくり
！なので、またまた、彼らとお料理を
！！！今日は、一緒に、餃子とチョコチップクッキーを作りました
！！
餃子と言えば、昔私が子供
の頃、家族でのイベントとまでいかなくても、餃子作りは家族みんなで楽しく
作った覚えがあります！！なので、大体、休日に作ってたような・・・両親、4姉妹・・・（私はちなみに、4姉妹です。。若草物語？？笑） みんなで作って、色々な形など、わいわいしながら、作ったのを覚えてます！両親が両方とも、レストラン経営の為、普段は忙しく、なかなか家族でと言う時間が少なかったので
、こういう、ちょっとしたことを一緒にする時間がすごく楽しかったです
！！！

！私も、餃子作りをカイとミカと！これも、楽しく、家族行事のように、毎回一緒に作れたら楽しいので、これから、餃子作りは子供たちと！ビリーははたして興味があるか分からないのですが
、誘って！
家族での、決まりごと、楽しみ！そういうのすごくいいですよね！！
カイもミカも、良く分からないままにがんばって作ってました！！！笑
ビリー帰宅後、おいしいおいしいと！もくもく食べてくれたので！味はOKだったのでしょう！！！笑
そして、カイとミカのおやつもかねて、チョコチップクッキーも！いつもは、カナダのレシピで作るのですが、今日は、私の大大大好きなクックパッドから！！！（エヘッ！！）
このレシピは、卵
を使わないので、卵アレルギーの方にもGood
です！しかもブラウンシュガーを使うので、体にも良いし、甘さも控えめです！
ただ、私は、ミルクをレシピの分量よりちょっと増やして作りました！（２０ｃｃほど！）でも、すごくふわふわでソフト！時間がたってもかなり、やわらかいです！カントリーマアムとは、ちょっと違うけど、ソフトクッキーです！！！かなりお勧めで、しかも簡単で！！ぜひお試しを！！！

！！ただ、このときは、ニンニクの匂いが強かったもようです！！！笑He always showed off, when I try to take pictures of him!!! and He smells so much Garlic and made this funny face too!!

Well, so kai has been off from school for few days, and I didn't take kids to outside, so kids had so much energy and probably stress not to go out. so Usually, when kids can not go out, I try to entertain and do cooking together!!! and they love it! so today, we made lots of Chinese dumpling we call Gyoza! and also we made yummy chocolate chip cookies!!! Mmmmm!!!
Speaking of Gyoza! When I was kid, we made them together like family event!!! so my mom, dad, sisters!!! we all made lots of them!! and we had so much fun to do that! My parents were so busy, because of they managed their restaurants, and they didn't get days off often. so those kind of family events! we had so much fun together!!!
so I kind would like to have the family events like that too. Kai and Mika were having too much fun to holding the dumpling skins!!! so maybe, next time, when I make them, I will ask them to help me again!
and hope Billy too!! hehehe!!!
and the Chocolate chip cookies!! Usually, I use the recipe which come with Chocolate chips(behind the bag!!), but today, I tried something different! and it turned out pretty good!!
and this recipe I don't need to use Eggs, so if somebody is allergic to eggs, this recipe is very good! and also , I only used brown sugar, so it is good for you too! and not to sweet!! but I just added more milk than the recipe tell. (just 1 and half of Tbs more!)
it is very soft and very good! but the recipe is showed in Japanese again, so there is the recipe!!
Ingredients
Butter......40g
Brown sugar.....70g
Baking powder...... 1Tsp
Salt......just a pinch of
Flour......150g
Chocolate chips.......70g
Milk..........50cc
Mix the butter and brown sugar until smooth, and add the all dry ingredients, and add the milk and the end, add Chocolate chips, but if the dough is still tough, you just need to add a bit more milk!
It is very simple and easy!!!
そして、今夜のご飯は・・・グリーク風チキン、サヤインゲンのアーモンドソテー、グリークライスでした！！！
And tonight, I made Greek Chicken, Green beans with Almonds, and Greek rice!!!
あっ！そういえば！トイレトレーニングをしてるミカが今夜はじめて、トイレで初めてのお○っ○をしました
！！！！
数回今日もパンツにもらされたのですが。。。でも、ようやく粘って、座らせてたら！！！！かなりほめて上げて、ご褒美、ハグをたくさんしたらすごく喜んでました！！明日もがんばっておくれよ～～！！！
OH! Mika's been trying to do potty training!!! and tonight, First time, Mika pee in the potty!!!! She wet her pants a few times today too, but I tried to talked to her, play with her, read few books with her, when she was sitting down on the potty, and finally, she did it!!! I was so happy and also she was so happy, I gave her a treat and we gave her big hugs!!
so she is ready to ditch the diapers????? maybe??? ^_^
今のところ、子供たちはおとなしく寝ているのですが
。。。いつおきるか分からないので
、私も、そろそろ、ベッドへ！睡眠を蓄えておかねば・・・・なので、メールを頂いてる方、お返事が遅くなってしまっていて、ごめんなさい！必ずお返事するので、待っててくださ～～～い！
なんだか、今は、私の目の方は、大丈夫なのですが、喉が変な痛さがあり。。。少々心配です。。。。風邪には皆さんもくれぐれも気をつけて、残り少ない寒い日々を乗り切りましょう！！暖かい春は

Well, so far... kids are both sleeping good! ..... but you never know, when they are waking up! Especially Mika! Kai is deep sleeper!!! so he won't wake up usually, but Mika is!!! so I should go to bed soon and sleep as much as I can!!!
My eyes are seems to be ok! but My throat is kind of sore right now..... I hope I don't have a cold... but no wonder even I have already! Take good care everyone!
