The care manager asked us to persuade our mother to wear an adult diaper in the day care service center. It took several months to convince her to do so. She may have had a mental resistance. She showed some hesitation to put on a disposable diaper at first. Having a little accident several times finally convinced herself that wearing one would be necessary in the usual case as well as in the emergency one. We got her into a habit of wearing an adult diaper. We managed to clear one hurdle but now face another one. She is unable to throw away dirty diapers in the garbage bin designated for burnable waste. One problem after another.
