池井戸潤のブティックを読みました。
大手銀行で企業を助けたいと頑張る主人公は、顧客を守るために銀行を敵に回し、仕事でも関わったM&Aのブティックファームに転職します。
そこでさまざまな企業のM&Aに関わりますが、どれもつながりを持っており、古巣の銀行も何度も登場。
最後には、あった驚く感動的なシーンへのつながります。
企業大好きな私の好物であることは間違いないのですが、企業とは、経営者とは、を考えるきっかけにもなり、ありがたかったです。
さすがは池井戸潤ですね。
I read “Boutique” written by Jun Ikeido.
The main character, young man, dedicated to helping his clients of a mega bank which he worked for and made the bank his enemy.
Then he moved to a M&A boutique firm which he was related to during working for the bank.
He engaged with various M&As which are connected each other and the bank guys who were his enemy appeared again and again.
The last scene moved us.
It is sure that this book was liked by myself because I love companies and M&As. In addition to that, it reminded me of thinking as company as well as as CxO.
Jun Ikeido is great, isn’t it?
