大晦日です。新年の抱負をベースに、一年を振り返ります。
<最重要>
・世のため人のために
->仕事を通じてある程度できていたかとは思う。あともう少しというところ。
<仕事>
・目の前の仕事で最高のパフォーマンスを
-> 新しい組織の立ち上げは確実にできた。努力にも関わらず、パフォーマンスは今年は苦しんだ。
・長期的なキャリアの準備を
-> 悩み多き。9月からは人生で最も悩んだ毎日。ようやく脱出できたかな。
<自分自身>
・健康第一
-> 病気発覚も薬で普通に暮らせてる。病気は私が何か悪かったわけじゃないけど。病気があっても大丈夫なんだという自信がついた。
・ゴルフのスコア向上
-> スコアは少しずつ上がってる。それ以上にスキルは向上中。12回ラウンドできた。過去最多。
・運動とリフレッシュを継続
-> 運動はまあまあ、リフレッシュはそこそこだけど、ストレスは今年はひどかったな。
<家族>
・旅行を計画的に
-> 短期旅行は何度か行ったし、夏休みのフライトは早めに予約し、実行。充実してた。
・親族のケア
-> いまいちかな。自分のことで精一杯だった。
・息子たちとは友達のように
->長男は一人暮らしを始めようとしてる。次男は婚約した。三男は就活大丈夫かな。そしてゴルフを一緒にやったり、旅行したり。
<交流>
・さまざまな交流を大事に
-> 交流はいろいろとできたと思う。
I looked back on my New Year’s resolution on the final day of this year.
<The first priority>
- For the society and people
-> Have done to some extent through the work but needed more results.
<Job>
- Make the best performance on the exactly my job.
-> Successfully launched the new organization but struggled with achieving good results even in spite of an effort.
- Prepare for the long-term career
-> Had many concerns about it and have been in deep worries I have never experienced. Am finally about to get out from it.
<Myself>
- Make physical and mental health priority #1.
-> I had illness although I didn't have any fault. However, medicines made me live a normal life. Got confidence to be able to keep me acticve.
- Grow golf score
->The score is getting better. My skills are being improved more than that. Have played 12 times in the gold courses as maximum ever.
- Continue workout and activities to refresh
-> Workout is so so and activities to refresh are also so so. But I was very stressful ever.
<Family>
- Travel with planning
-> Had short travels. Booked flights for summer vacation early and did it. Very good.
- Take care of my relatives
-> not so good because I didn't have any room to take care of others.
- Keep relationships with my sons like friends
-> My first son is about to live alone. My second son was engaged with his girlfriend. My third son is preparing for applying jobs. Traveled with them and played golf with two of them.
<Exchange>
- Ensure various friendships
-> Have done some fruitful exchanges.
