4月になり、今日は雨の中、入社式でした。
次男が就職したので入社式に行きましが、私は自社の入社式に出席。
初々しい新入社員が元気よく入社してくれてうれしいです。
今日から組織変更により、私のやることも変化しました。
少し前から新組織の立ち上げ準備をこつこつとこなし、今日はバッチリ初日を迎えることができました。
ありがたいことです。
ジャンプスタートできたので、ここから頑張っていい組織にし、成長できるように頑張っていきます。
