不動産のドラマシリーズ大好きな私ですが、これが一番好きですね。
マンハッタンという比較的知ってるところというのと、仕事に対する姿勢や、交渉なんかはまさに私の仕事とも通づるものが。
人間関係の揉め事は比較的少なめで安心。
こちらのシーズン8も見ました。
いつもながら大人なのにこんなに揉めるかという感じ。
ただ、そういうときのコミュニケーションについては学ぶところはある。
あと不動産物件が開放的で日本ではない感じを味わえるのもいいかな。
ビジネス上は圧倒的にマンハッタンの方。
どちらのドラマにも共通したメッセージは、何があろうと惑わされず仕事はちゃんとやった方がいいよってこと。
いつも自分の仕事でも思ってることなのです。
なんだかんだと不動産ドラマはやめられない。
I love real estate dramas and “Owning Manhattan” is the best for me.
I comparatively know Manhattan and moreover, I like having a common attitude toward the job there.
For example, negotiations are a model for me.
It is comfortable to not have many disputes.
I also watched season 8 of “Selling Sunset”.
I was annoyed with many disputes even though they were ladies, not girls.
But I can learn how to communicate in such situations.
Listings are big and open and I have never seen them in Japan.
From a business point of view, “Owing Manhattan” is much better.
I think that a common message from the two is to always focus on the job even if anything happens.
That is exactly what I always think.
I can't stop watching real estate dramas.
