女性の先輩2人と3人で、かれこれ8年ぐらい定期的にご飯に行ってます。
近年は、お二人とそれぞれがっつり一緒に仕事をする機会もあったりして。
先日はそれぞれ新たな道や役割を持つようになったことのお祝いをしました。
全員が全員をお祝いする。
なんとも素敵な瞬間でした。
8年話してきたことの大半は悩みや愚痴だったけど、それがあるからここまでこれたんだよねと心から思います。
私はお二人から見たらかなり年下だけど、生意気にも関わらず、一丁前に話をしてもらえていることにも感謝します。

I have had regular dinners with my two senior female colleagues for eight years.
I was pleased that I recently had opportunities to work with each of them very closely.
The other day we had dinner to celebrate ourselves because all of us got new roles.
We were very happy to celebrate each other.
I am sure that my relationship with them has brought me to my current position although we have chatted about our worries or complaints.
I appreciate that they always listen to me even though I am younger than them and cheeky.
I hope our relationship will continue.
