今の会社に入って丸14年になりました。
そして今月から新たなロールに。
売上、組織の人数ともに二倍規模。
この間、新たなロールをもらったけれど、両方やるのです。
大変ですが、やるしかないですね。
ちょうどいいので、新年の抱負の振り返り。
<自分自身>
・健康
・好酸球性副鼻腔炎、喘息の治療を続けてうまくつきあう
→うまくつきあえてる。
・人間ドックの結果に真摯に向き合うなど、健康に気を使う
→人間ドックの結果は全て確認してOKに。
・運動を続けて、スタイルを維持・向上させる
→外出のない日はフィットボクシング、休日はゴルフ。スタイルは現時点で特に課題なし。
・自分にあった方法で気分転換をはかる
→Netflixと読書。あとはゴルフかな。気分転換ははかれてるときとそうでないときあり。
・今年こそ睡眠をしっかりとる
→相変わらずいまいち。
・ゴルフ
・レッスンを続ける
→バッチリ。
・ラウンドもデビューして、とにかく楽しく続けてみる
→3回実施済み。楽しい。
・友人関係
・新しい友人を作る
→新しい友人はできてないかも。
・昔からの友人との交流をする
→サークルの同期に久しぶりに会ったな。
<仕事>
・メインの役割…フォーカス
・ビジネスをさらに成長させるために戦略的に活動をする
→新しい役割を戦略的に実施するための準備中。これまでの役割では成長できていた。
・組織を活性化し、みんなを幸せになってもらうため、改革を続ける
→どうかな。やってるつもり。
・各業界のDXを進化させる
→やれることはやってる。
・お客様との交流を一段上のレベルに持っていく
→何人かのお客様とは実現。
・全体的にもう一歩進める
→新しい役割を二つもらうに至ったから大成功。
・D&I活動
・女性カウンシルの今期を無事に華やかに完了させる
→もうすぐ終わる。
・他社とプログラム第二弾を成功させる
→始まったとこ。
・後進に譲り渡していく
→準備は着々と。
・セキュリティロール
・昨年立ち上げたものをさらに強化
→進化もし、役割も上がった。
・後進に譲り渡す準備をする
→完了。
・社外
・国内外の社外情勢把握を継続
→やってはいる。
・上記に関する発信を行う、もしくは他の人と意見を交換する
→深掘りは弱いかも。多少はやってる。
・社外の活動でコネクションを増やしていく
→これから。本業が忙しい。
<息子たち>
・三男のDP、大学準備をサポートする…いよいよ本番
→取り組み中。
・長男次男を見守る(私のアクションなく、少し気をぬく)
→何もしないけど、彼らはそれぞれちゃんとやってる。
<全体として>

→改めて、感謝の気持ちを忘れずに。
本格的な振り返りは年末にします。
I have spent just 14 years since I joined my company.
I am given a new role this month.
I turned to cover double the revenue and the size of the organization.
I was given a new role in May and I will have to do both.
It will be no way for me except successfully doing both although it is tough.
My situation is the best to look back at my new year’s resolution.
<Myself>
- Health
- continue cures for eosinophilic sinusitis and asthma and go well with them.
-> managing them.
- take care of my health for example take the results of the annual health check seriously.
-> done.
- keep and improve my body shape by keeping exercising.
-> good. I like FitBoxing and golf for exercise and my body shape doesn't disappoint me.
- make myself refreshed with ways to fit me best.
-> Netflix, books, and golf refresh me. Sometimes refreshed but sometimes not.
- take enough sleep.
-> still struggle.
- Golf
- continue the lessons.
-> yes.
- make a debut for a golf round and enjoyable keep it.
-> 3 rounds done. I enjoyed them.
- Friends
- make new friends.
-> Maybe not.
- meet with existing friends.

- The main role which I mostly focus on.
- strategically take actions to grow the business more.
-> preparing for the next role to strategically take actions. I have grown in my former role.
- continue the transformation to make my organization activated and make all of the members happy.
-> I think I can do it.
- evolve digital transformation if each industry.
-> doing it for some clients.
- level up the exchange with my clients.
-> realized it with several clients.

-> successful because I got two new roles.

- just see my twins’ leaning in. My actions not needed.
-> They are doing well.

I will make serious look-back my resolution at the end of this year.
