昨日は対談を撮影してもらいました。
幸いなことに、私はあまり撮り直しのいらないタイプなんですが、今回もぶっ通しで撮影してほとんど撮り直しなしでいけました。
今回は私のパートはプロンプターもなしだったにも関わらずなので、撮影クルー(なぜかフランス人クルーたちだった)にも褒められました。
出来上がりは見ないとわからないけど、とにかく無事に終わってよかったです。
その前に、新入社員の研修を見に行きました。
先日は自分の組織の新入社員にお話しする時間をもらったんですが、今日はさらに広い範囲のみなさんの前で、激励の言葉？をお話しすることができました。
キャリアは真っ白なキャンバスに自分で好きなように描くもの、スキルはその骨組みになるもの、学びはスキルにつながり、スキルをつけるすなわち成長は喜びであること、得意なことを伸ばしてほしいこと…とかを話しました。
新入社員にはわりとこの話をしますね。
かわいらしい彼らは、早速影響を受けたコメントをしていたとのことでした。笑
会社の未来ですね。
先日、キャリアのさらなる向上と子育てとの両立に悩む女性がおり、少し話をしました。
かなり高度な悩みでなかなか相談する相手もいないのかなと思います。
私自身は自分が通ってきた道ですが、自分が悩んだときには相談できる相手はいなかったかも。
彼女は非常に喜んでくれました。
よかった。
Yesterday, I had a conversation with a lady who is a top agency and it was recorded to distribute to the public.
I am lucky enough to be good at being recorded without re-taking and I succeeded in being recorded without one shot this time as well.
I was praised by the French clues who took our recording because even I didn't have any promoters.
I thought it was good to smoothly do it.
Before that, I went to see our new graduates have an education program for newcomers.
I gave them a message of encouragement.
I had already had an opportunity to give it to the newcomers who belong to my organization but this time I did it to more people.
The message included developing their own career by themselves, acquiring skills as the backbone of the career, enjoying their own growth, and growing their strengths, not weaknesses.
I often use the contents for the graduates.
I heard that they made comments related to the topics I gave later because they are pure.
They are our future.
The other day, I talked with my female member who has a successful career and was worried about managing work and raising children.
Her worries are at a too high level that she can't find a person to whom she talks.
I didn't have any person to whom I talked when I was worried about the same type of thing.
She was very glad.
It was good for me.
