こちらの記事は圧倒的にアクセス数が多い。
同僚に仕事で強いストレスを長らく感じており、相談を受けたときに書いたもの。
実は今、内容は書けないのですが、私も珍しくストレスがたまっております。
私の場合はストレスは怒りとして現れることがほとんどで、ここ何日か、かなり強い怒りに見舞われてます。
収まる日は必ずくるとは思うけど、それまではかなりストレス。
また、怒りを持つときは、大胆な決断をしてしまいがちなのできをつけなくては。
ちなみに元のブログに書かれている同僚とは、明日また話します。
お互いに幸せな毎日がくるといいけどね。
My entry about stress has been accessed much more than the others these days.
I wrote it when I had a discussion about my colleague’s stress asked by her.
In fact, I am also strongly stressed even though I can't write about the factor here.
I often convert stress into anger and I have been angry a lot for several days.
I will have to be stressed until it will be calmed down someday.
I have to take care not to make a bold decision because my anger tends to make me blood and brave.
I will have a talk with my colleague mentioned above tomorrow.
I hope both of us will be happy.
