年初だから、いろんなところで話す機会も多く、それ自体はいいことなんだけど、たくさん時間を取られているのも事実。
あと何週間か先の合宿で、ゴルフだけじゃなくて(むしろゴルフはどうてもよくて)、本来の課題をきちんとやらないとだけど、その時間がなかなか取れない。
ということで今週時間をブロックして、準備をすることにしたいと思います。
カレンダーをブロックして、素案を少し考えてみました。
年初の挨拶系は火曜日で全て終わるので、そのあとはこちらを主にしないとな。
かなりがんばらないとです。
I have many chances to speak about our plan for this year in meetings due to the beginning of the year and they are very good for us but the fact that I use the time for them is also true.
I couldn't take the time to prepare for the 2-day workshop this month.
I have to work on assessments but the only I have worked on is preparing for golf which won't be a must.
Therefore I blocked my schedule for it and just started thinking about the agenda.
My new year's speech will finish on Tuesday and I will focus on the assessments after that.
I will have to work hard.
