群れる群れないの話を書いたけど、後から考えて、あくまでこれは同じ会社に長くい続ける場合の話だなと気づいた。
労働流動性が高まる方向は間違いなく、その場合は群れはあまり関係ない。
会社を超えた群れが作れればもちろんその限りではないのだけど。

やはりポータブルなスキル、ポータブルな人脈は必要になるよね。
日を置いて多角的に考える必要があるね。


I wrote the entry about flocking or not flicking together but I was getting to think that flocking would be effective only in case to work for only one company.
Labor mobility will be higher and flocking would not be effective in the case.
If we could make a group beyond company, it would.
This is like Super Boss which is a book I like.
Portable skills and relationships would be needed.
It is valuable for me to think in many ways.
