私は群れないタイプで、これは昔から。
でもサラリーマンもしくはビジネスの世界ではよくないことらしく、わりと指摘を受ける。
私としては、周りの人ともめるわけでもなく、ちゃんと仕事もするし、迷惑もかけてないし、群れる必要性を感じないんだよね。
そう考えると、よくここまで生き残ってきたなぁなんて改めて思ったりする。
何が正解かはわからないけど、portableなスキルをいつももっていたい私としては群れるより愚直にスキルをつける方がいいのかな。
そもそも群れられないんだけど。
I have been a type of person who doesn’t flock together.
But it is not good for business persons and I am sometimes pointed out.
My thinking is that I don’t dispute with the people around you, do my job properly, don’t cause trouble for someone, and I don’t feel necessity to flock together.
Looking back to my career, I recognize how miraculous I have survived.
I am not sure the right answer but it would be good to acquire skills for surviving rather than to flock together for keeping me safe.
I might have any other choice became I cannot flock together.
